Process Description:Compared with the processing methods of die-casting alloys and profiles, different equipment is used. The raw materials are aluminum ingots (with a purity of about 92%) and alloy materials, which are melted in a furnace and then molded in a die-casting machine. The shape of die-cast aluminum products can be designed to look like toys, with various shapes and easy to connect in different directions.
