Company Introduction

Shenzhen Pengfeng Precision Hardware Co., Ltd — a sheet metal, stamping, deep drawing and CNC manufacturer serving the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area since 2011.

Who We Are

One Stop, Under One Roof

Pengfeng Precision was founded in 2011 and has been customising and producing hardware products ever since. The applications we serve span communications, high-end electronics, instrumentation, electrical appliances, computers, cameras, lighting, furniture, mobile phones, packaging gifts, automotive and toys.

Over those years we grew into a large-scale, full-spectrum hardware manufacturer — and, more usefully, into a one-stop service system. Metal stamping, deep drawing, sheet metal fabrication, die casting and CNC all happen inside the same building, under one quality system and one production plan.

That structure exists because of a simple commercial observation: most buyers lose more time chasing a part between five vendors than they spend negotiating its price. We put the processes under one roof so that stops being your problem.

Our policy has not changed since day one — systematically solving problems, prevention is better than remedy — and neither has the business philosophy behind it: quality wins, quality service.

Corporate Culture

What We Are Committed To

Three statements we are willing to be measured against — printed here because they cost us something to keep.

MISSION

Committed to becoming an excellent hardware processing enterprise

Not the biggest, and not the cheapest. Excellent — measured in the parts that arrive right the first time and the buyers who come back.

VALUES

Honesty and pragmatism, pioneering and innovative

Strive and dedicate, be grateful and share. It sounds generic until you have watched a factory actually live by it during a hard year.

VISION

The full ecological processing of hardware

Providing reliable one-stop hardware processing solutions for customers nationwide — from raw material through finishing, inspection and export documentation.

Honors And Qualifications

Certified, Audited, Re-Audited

Pengfeng operates under an ISO 9001 quality management system, audited by an accredited certification body. The certificate on the left is the current one — audits are annual, and the standard does not renew itself.

Certification matters to us less as a marketing line than as a forcing function. It is what makes the inspection records, the batch traceability and the corrective-action loop part of daily work instead of something we assemble the week before an audit.

  • ISO 9001 quality management system certification
  • Per-batch inspection records shipped with every consignment
  • Full material traceability from coil to finished part
  • RoHS and REACH documentation available on request
Stamping Hall

Where Most Of Our Parts Begin

Over 100 machines, including 16–250T mechanical and hydraulic presses. Coil arrives at one end of the hall and boxed parts leave at the other — which is why a tooling change takes an hour here instead of a week.

Robotic Welding Line

Automation Where The Arc Is

Robot cells handle the welding that used to be the least repeatable part of the process. A consistent weld is a measurable weld, and a measurable weld is what makes a leak test pass on the first attempt.

Tooling & Presses

Our Own Die Shop

Tooling, polishing and spraying are departments in-house, not brokers. A die tweak that would take a week of courier round-trips takes an hour here, because the person who cut the die is down the aisle from the press that runs it.

CNC Machining

Machined, Not Just Formed

3, 4 and 5-axis milling centres, CNC lathes and automatic lathes. This is where a deep-drawn shell becomes a finished part: bores, bosses, threads and faces, cut to the drawing rather than approximated from a die.

Quality Control

Measure It, Then Say We Measured It

Inspection is not the last department before shipping — it runs alongside production. Every batch is checked, recorded and shipped with the data.

Assembly & Finishing

Where Parts Become Products

Dedicated assembly cells with torque-controlled fastening, and a separate finishing area. If you want to see what your part will look like finished, this is where it already exists.

Engineering & Office

100+ Employees, Not Just On The Floor

Engineering review happens before tooling, not after. Our export office runs on the flags on the ceiling — those are our customer countries.

How We Work

Four Rules We Do Not Bend

These are not wall decorations. They are the reason customers stay for years instead of re-sourcing every eighteen months.

01

Tell the buyer when the drawing is wrong

If a tolerance is tighter than the process can hold at that volume, or a material is over-specified, we say so in the quotation — with the cost of the alternative. We have lost orders by doing this. We have gained customers who stay for a decade.

02

A price in the quote is a price you pay

No line items that appear after the order. Tooling, finishing, packaging and freight are quoted up front. If something genuinely changes the scope, we absorb it where we can and tell you immediately where we cannot.

03

Two hours, or we tell you it will take longer

Our standard is a firm quotation within two working hours. If a part needs a real engineering study to price, we say "give us until tomorrow" rather than send you a number we are not sure about.

04

Measure it, then say we measured it

Every batch is inspected and every shipment carries the data. If we cannot measure something, we do not claim it — we tell you what we can verify instead.
